- Original And Negative
Right reading negative is prepared from image
setter/laser printout or manual design.

- Liquid Polymer Setup
Negative with emulsion side up is
placed on bottom glass, apply tape on two corners. Lay cover film without wrinkles and
tape as required. Make foam tape boundary leaving atleast 10 mm margin from image. Lay
base foil. Place gauge bars and top glass

- Exposure
Expose liquid polymer setup from
top and bottom. Base thickness is formed proportional to back exposure and image is formed
by front exposure. Diffused UV light provides relief angle from image to base and improves
image strength.

- Water Washout
Unexposed liquid polymer is dissolved in a low cost aquous
washout solvent in either spray or brush type washer. Small

Post Exposures completely polymerizes plate processed as per
